371P Targeting GREM1 reprograms the tumor microenvironment of lung adenocarcinoma liver metastases and enhances anti-tumor responses to anti-PD-1 immunotherapy
Patients with driver gene-negative lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and liver metastasis usually have a poorer prognosis. Although immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) demonstrate therapeutic effects, liver metastasis significantly diminishes the efficacy of ICIs. Recent studies indicate that Grem1, a secreted protein, plays a role in the development of various malignant tumors. However, its specific mechanism in immune regulation of LUAD liver metastases remains unclear.
