85P HPK1 inhibition enhances tumor-reactive TIL expansion from pMMR colorectal cancer liver metastases
Tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte TIL therapy is effective in several solid tumors. In mismatch repair-proficient (pMMR) colorectal cancer (CRC), tumor-reactive TILs are detectable, especially in the right colon, suggesting an immunotherapy opportunity. We previously showed that the HPK1 inhibitor (BGB-15025), that blocks negative TCR signaling, prevents loss of tumor-reactive TILs and enhances reactivity. Here, we evaluated iHPK1 for TIL expansion from pMMR CRC liver metastases (LM).
