294P Targeted treatment of pediatric leukemia with anti-IL7Rα chimeric antibody
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) is a hematological malignancy of B and T cells and the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in children. Approximately 10% of T-ALL and 2% of B-ALL cases carry activating mutations in the interleukin-7 receptor gene (hIL7Rα), a protein essential for lymphocyte development that can acquire oncogenic potential, making it a relevant therapeutic target.
