96P Expansion of cryopreserved tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) from patients with colorectal cancer using serum-free media
Cellular products using tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) represent an advanced cancer immunotherapy, including for melanoma. Traditional TIL manufacturing protocols use serum-containing media, which exhibit batch variability. Serum-free media, recently adopted for CAR-T cells, offer a promising alternative but lack sufficient data for TIL expansion. Here, we expanded cryopreserved TILs in two serum-free media formulations and evaluated their phenotype and T cell receptor repertoire before and after expansion.
