In conclusion, NPs were successfully synthesized and characterized, demonstrating stability, efficient EBPD encapsulation, and potential for BBB permeation. Future studies will evaluate drug release, loading efficiency, cytotoxicity, and BBB permeability using bend5 cells to validate their therapeutic potential for AD treatment.
