230eP Immune checkpoint inhibitors plus chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone as first-line treatment for programmed death-ligand 1 negative metastatic non-small cell lung cancer: A systematic review and meta-analysis of overall survival
The efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) combined with chemotherapy in the first-line treatment of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with negative programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression remains uncertain. This systematic review and meta-analysis aim to evaluate the effectiveness of ICIs plus chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone on overall survival (OS) in this population.
