33P High-dimensional spatial profiling of the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) in recurrent/metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) reveals predictive biomarkers of immunotherapy
Recurrent/metastatic HNSCC responds poorly to PD-1/PD-L1 blockade, partly due to lacking predictive biomarkers. The heterogeneous, immunosuppressive TIME necessitates high-resolution spatial profiling to uncover actionable immune correlates.
