Mathematical Model of Sustainable Resource Allocation Taking into Account Transaction Costs and Equilibrium Prices Under Technological Constraints

A mathematical model of sustainable resource allocation in a competitive economy is developed and studied, taking into account transaction costs and technological constraints. The model describes the interaction of producers and consumers and introduces a technological set and price dynamics through demand–supply imbalance. Using the theory of covering mappings and variational methods, the existence of equilibrium prices is proven. Issues of stability, numerical algorithms, and macroeconomic interpretation of the obtained results are considered.

Abstract

A mathematical model of sustainable resource allocation in a competitive economy is developed and studied, taking into account transaction costs and technological constraints. The model describes the interaction of producers and consumers and introduces a technological set and price dynamics through demand–supply imbalance. Using the theory of covering mappings and variational methods, the existence of equilibrium prices is proven. Issues of stability, numerical algorithms, and macroeconomic interpretation of the obtained results are considered.
