Appendix A - Locked Core ψ₀–OCM (Osborne Cosmological Model) Structure (A2)
This appendix constitutes a formal, constraint-level publication establishing the locked-core structural elements of the ψ₀–OCM (Osborne Cosmological Model). It presents the minimal set of architectural relations required to demonstrate that cosmic expansion arises as an inevitable interior response to sustained horizon-driven redistribution, independent of any specific microscopic dynamics, action principle, or calibration scheme. The appendix introduces the ψ₀ substrate, redistribution current, redistribution invariant, ψ₀-time ordering, interior source condition, detachment stabilisation (PDS–1), and enforced expansion relation in a logically closed but non-operational form. This publication is intentionally non-executable and non-reproducible; it establishes scientific priority and structural necessity without disclosing the underlying dynamical mechanisms, numerical implementations, or applied optimisation procedures of the ψ₀–OCM framework.
