Advancing Stem Cell Transplantation Therapy with High-resolution Three-dimensional Multicolor Holography for Improved Graft Delivery and Vascular Mapping
Stem cell transplantation therapy has emerged as an essential and important therapeutic approach in regenerative medicine. This stem cell transplantation therapy is particularly used in the treatment and management of hematological disorders, immune deficiencies, and degenerative diseases. However, precise graft delivery and efficient vascular integration are one of the major challenges in stem cell therapy. High-resolution three-dimensional multicolor holography provides an innovative solution by enhancing the real-time visualization of the transplantation process. This approach helps in mapping of vascular structures which promotes accurate stem cell engraftment by providing color-coded transplant site. This approach has a potential to generate the real-time images which helps clinicians in accurate graft placement. Implementing this approach on medical education improves the understanding of students regarding vascular networks and transplant technique.
