UDLM™: A Human-Centered Framework for Resilient and Skills-Driven Digital Education
The Universal Digital Learning Model (UDLM™) is a human-centered reference framework developed to address the structural, pedagogical, and psychological limitations of conventional LMS-based digital schooling. The framework reconceptualizes online education as a coherent daily learning experience that integrates academic learning, skills development, learner wellbeing, reflective practice, ethical use of technology, and community engagement. UDLM™ introduces a day-based learning architecture, mandatory developmental online clubs, participatory motivation systems, and structured wellbeing mechanisms. Designed for adaptability, the framework is applicable across stable, fragile, and conflict-affected educational contexts. This submission presents UDLM™ as a non-regulatory, non-accrediting reference framework intended for conceptual evaluation and pedagogical innovation. Keywords: digital education, online schooling, educational frameworks, learner wellbeing, skills-based learning, human-centered design, LMS limitations, education in fragile contexts.
