Twenty early-career psychiatrists (ECPs) from eight European countries participated. This multinational perspective narrative written by three different nationality ECPs explores the significance of professional development courses through their unique experiences in Timisoara. The widespread availability of such educational activities that support professional development and leadership skills has the potential to increase collaboration between mental health professionals and improve mental health services.
