Analysis method for optimal setting of 5G base station antenna parameters based on orthogonal experiment
After deploying 5G communication equipment in substations, 5G large-scale array antennas have higher power, smaller coverage area, and larger bandwidth compared to 4G antennas. Metal objects cause significant attenuation and strong scattering of electromagnetic waves, resulting in local electromagnetic field strength in the station exceeding the current equipment limit of 10V/m. To maintain the electromagnetic compatibility of wireless sensing devices in the substation after deploying 5G networks and reduce the electromagnetic interference to other electronic devices in the substation, this paper takes the deployment mode of 5G base station antennas as factor levels, proposes to use the electric field strength at the wireless sensing devices as the test index, and presents 4 influencing parameters. An orthogonal experimental design is conducted for the selected 4 influencing parameters. The significance of the influencing factors is analyzed using both intuitive analysis and variance analysis methods, and the optimal level combination of 5G base station antenna deployment parameters is obtained.
