Lepton-flavor violation in the minimal R -symmetric SSM with a seesaw mechanism
The minimal <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <a:mi>R</a:mi> </a:math> -symmetric supersymmetric Standard Model with a seesaw mechanism extends the minimal <c:math xmlns:c="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <c:mi>R</c:mi> </c:math> -symmetric supersymmetric Standard Model by incorporating right-handed neutrinos to generate neutrino masses via the type-I seesaw mechanism. This work presents a detailed analysis of lepton-flavor-violating (LFV) processes, including <e:math xmlns:e="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <e:msub> <e:mo>ℓ</e:mo> <e:mi>i</e:mi> </e:msub> <e:mo stretchy="false">→</e:mo> <e:msub> <e:mo>ℓ</e:mo> <e:mi>j</e:mi> </e:msub> <e:mi>γ</e:mi> </e:math> , <h:math xmlns:h="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <h:msub> <h:mo>ℓ</h:mo> <h:mi>i</h:mi> </h:msub> <h:mo stretchy="false">→</h:mo> <h:mn>3</h:mn> <h:msub> <h:mo>ℓ</h:mo> <h:mi>j</h:mi> </h:msub> </h:math> , and Higgs decays <k:math xmlns:k="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <k:mi>h</k:mi> <k:mo stretchy="false">→</k:mo> <k:msub> <k:mo>ℓ</k:mo> <k:mi>i</k:mi> </k:msub> <k:msub> <k:mo>ℓ</k:mo> <k:mi>j</k:mi> </k:msub> </k:math> . Based on the current experimental limitations, we carry out detailed parameter scanning and numerical calculations to analyze the effects of different sensitive parameters on LFV. The numerical results show that the nondiagonal elements involving the initial and final leptons are the main sensitive parameters and LFV sources.
