Elecromagnetic noise analysis of PMLSM considering magnetosyriction effect under high-intensity magnetic field
Linear motor systems often need to operate under overload conditions, where the electromagnetic noise of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) becomes significantly more severe, and it imparts nonlinear characteristics to magnetostriction. Moreover, there is currently a lack of research on the electromagnetic noise issues that arise in PMLSM under overload conditions. This paper analyzes noise generated by magnetostriction and the impact of core saturation on electromagnetic noise. It also validates through finite element simulation and experiments the frequency characteristics of noise in high-intensity magnetic fields and that using grain-oriented silicon steel sheets can reduce the motor noise under overload.
