Directional Pressure Failure as a Unifying Framework for Insulin Signaling, Cellular Hydration, and GLP-1 Response in Hyperchloremia with NAGMA, Lantern of Sulfur, Concept B4, v12
This preprint presents an integrative application of Directional Pressure Failure (DPF) across insulin signaling, cellular hydration, electrolyte buffering, and GLP-1 receptor agonist response in hyperchloremia with non–anion gap metabolic acidosis. Rather than proposing a new mechanism, the work demonstrates how endocrine signaling, osmotic shifts, bile-mediated clearance, and pharmacologic tolerance reflect a single directional constraint. The paper synthesizes multiple Concept B applications under DPF to show how apparent insulin resistance, carbohydrate intolerance, constipation severity, and GLP-1–associated destabilization emerge predictably when downward pressure resolution fails.Navigation: Master Index and Conceptual Map.
