Dynamic Redox‐Switchable Nanotransducer Enabling Spatiotemporal cGAS‐STING Remodeling and Immunogenic Cell Death Induction for Cancer Immunotherapy (Adv. Funct. Mater. 52/2025)
Tumor-Specific STING Nanoagonists In their Research Article (10.1002/adfm.202515435), Qiang Fu, Yanyan Jiang, and co-workers report a pH-responsive and reversible reactive oxygen species generator/capture system, which can specifically activate the cGAS-STING pathway within tumor tissues, thereby enhancing both innate and adaptive immune responses and facilitating the infiltration of natural killer cells and CD8+ T cells in tumors. These two immune cells are like brave soldiers, significantly enhancing the immune killing ability of the tumors and inhibit their metastasis.
