D1.2 RESILIENCE Statutes and Technical and Scientific Description

The RESILIENCE (Interim) General Assembly approved the draft of the statutes included in D1.1 RESILIENCE ERIC Statutes, bylaws and protocols - 1st draft on December 2nd, 2024, after the submission of the document as a RESILIENCE PPP deliverable and the closure of Reporting Period 2.Since then, the development of RESILIENCE PPP proceeded as expected, but an interruption of the preliminary activities (e.g. letter of commitment) requested by the Italian government to start the negotiations procedures for the establishment of the ERIC brings as a consequence, the fact that the end of the RESILIENCE PPP RESILIENCE will not be able to submit its ERIC proposal. Nonetheless, in the past year a) the European Commission published a new version of the ERIC Practical Guidelines, and b) feedback was collected on the first draft of the Statutes and Technical and Scientific Description, so this document is an advanced version of a text that could be a starting point for the work related to the ERIC establishment.
