Improving Patient‐Centred Care and Clinical Pathways: The Role of the Patient Care Radiation Therapist ( <scp>PCRT</scp> )
Identifying gaps in our current cancer services and utilising technical knowledge combined with patient care skills, the PCRT can influence patient care pathways, improve efficiencies and improve the patient experience. To achieve this, clear role delineation and communication between the multidisciplinary team are paramount.
