Laparoscopic Ovarian-Preserving Management of Primary Ovarian Leiomyoma
This case report highlights the feasibility of laparoscopic ovarian conserving management of primary ovarian leiomyoma following the appropriate clinical workup and patient counseling, with consideration for the patient's age and desire for future fertility.
