DEBA - A Complete Cosmology Without Postulates, Answers to Anomalies
We present a cosmological framework (DEBA) based on stochastic field theory in a pre-metric configuration space. Universe-bubbles emerge via organizational coherence condensation from a primordialvoid characterized by an atemporal, non-metric, acausal substrate. The framework provides quantitative predictions for dark matter, dark energy, early supermassive black holes, and CMB anomalieswithout ad hoc hypotheses. Physical laws and constants emerge locally within each bubble rather thanbeing universal. We derive the master DEBA equation from functional Langevin dynamics, define theorganizational flash as a stopping time, and compute instanton trajectories via large deviation theory. All predictions are falsifiable through current and near-future observations.
