Bounds on γ₀ in the OIT 3.0 Master Equation

This technical note summarizes relevant experimental bounds on universal collapse models, shows that the original OIT (1.0)-style parameter choices are excluded, and provides benchmark effect-size estimates for the free parameter γ₀ within the OIT 3.0 master equation. I demonstrate three key results: (1) the original Observer Issue Theory parameters (λ ≈ 40 Hz at neural correlation lengths) are excluded by 5-11 orders of magnitude by current experimental bounds from LISA Pathfinder, Gran Sasso X-ray emission tests, and optomechanical experiments; (2) OIT 3.0's M²-suppressed dynamics automatically satisfy these bounds because laboratory test masses have M ≈ 0; (3) quantitative predictions for qubit coherence shifts range from ΔT₂/T₂ ~ 10⁻¹² (single observer) to ~10⁻³ (global collective with N=10⁹), currently below detection but approaching testability for large collective configurations.
