The Impact of Returning Individual Research Results: Program Evaluation of the Michigan Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center’s Participant Feedback Program

Preliminary evidence suggests that the MADRC Feedback Program is feasible and potentially scalable to other Centers and research programs. Participants can understand and recall results, are highly satisfied with their experience, and experience little distress following RoR. RoR may be a strategy for future recruitment and retention of participants in longitudinal Alzheimer's Disease Related Dementias (ADRD) research.

Abstract

Preliminary evidence suggests that the MADRC Feedback Program is feasible and potentially scalable to other Centers and research programs. Participants can understand and recall results, are highly satisfied with their experience, and experience little distress following RoR. RoR may be a strategy for future recruitment and retention of participants in longitudinal Alzheimer's Disease Related Dementias (ADRD) research.
