Open-charm tetraquark states in $B\to D\overline{D}h$ decays in LHCb
The study of hadronic spectroscopy provides profound insights into the dynamics of quarks and gluons, offering a deeper understanding of fundamental interactions. Notably, there is a large family of beauty hadron decay processes with similar decay topology, decaying into final states involving two open-charm hadrons, referred to as $B\to D \overline{D} h$ decays. These processes include very rich intermediate states such as charmonium states, excited $D_s$ states, and possible exotic hadrons. This report discusses recent results on open-charm tetraquark states observed in the $B\to D \overline{D} h$ decays, based on data collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13$\,$TeV.
