Core–shell covalent organic framework-copper nickel disulfide nanoreactors for the synergistic treatment of wound infections
Bacterial biofilms are a major cause of diabetic chronic wound healing failure, with effective solutions still challenging. This study prepares core-shell Cu-NiS2@COF@PEG nanoreactors with dual enzyme-like/photothermal effects. <i>In vitro</i> and <i>in vivo</i> studies confirmed that they have multi-mode sterilization, promote collagen deposition, and accelerate angiogenesis to promote healing.
