Cerebrospinal fluid NPTXR changes and relationships with β‐amyloid load and metabolism by PET in Alzheimer’s disease
Decreased CSF NPTXR concentration exhibits strong associations with the severity of AD. NPTXR may play an important role in mediating Aβ pathology driven synaptic dysfunction and subsequent neuronal loss in AD.
