Short-Term Bone Healing in Anterior Maxillary Sockets Using L-PRF With or Without Synthetic HA/β-TCP: A Randomized Clinical Trial
L-PRF, either alone or combined with HA/β-TCP, can be used for alveolar ridge preservation in maxillary sockets. L-PRF, alone or with synthetic HA/β-TCP graft, effectively preserves the anterior maxillary ridge for early loading at eight weeks. All treatments achieved bone formation for implant placement, with the blood clot alone showing superior results.
