Brain‐Inspired Topological Surface Modulation for Advanced Nonvolatility in Organic Artificial Synapses (Small 51/2025)
Organic Artificial Synapses Brain-inspired wrinkling of conjugated polymer films induces localized crystalline compression, significantly enhancing ion retentivity and long-term plasticity in organic synaptic transistors. The wrinkled devices emulate key synaptic functions with improved linearity and achieve high accuracy in neural network simulations, highlighting surface topology modulation as a powerful strategy for advancing organic neuromorphic hardware.
