Comment on ‘Predictive factors for eczematous eruptions and candidiasis during anti-interleukin-17 treatment in patients with psoriasis: a multicentre real-life experience in Lazio region, Italy’
We read with great interest the recent study by Caldarola et al. regarding the predictive factors for eczematous eruptions and candidiasis during anti-interleukin-17 treatment in patients with psoriasis. We highlight concerns about the study’s methodology, particularly the selection of variables and patient grouping, and suggest improvements for future clinical research in immunotherapy.
