232eP Preoperative short-course radiotherapy combined with tislelizumab followed by sequential immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy for locally advanced rectal cancer: A single-center phase II study
Recent studies have demonstrated that neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy combined with immunotherapy offers superior efficacy compared to traditional chemoradiotherapy in locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC). However, the optimal radiotherapy dose, chemotherapy regimen, and immunotherapeutic agent remain undetermined. This study enrolled patients with LARC who received short-course radiotherapy combined with a Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitor, followed by sequential immunotherapy and mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy, aiming to evaluate the short-term efficacy and safety of this multimodal strategy.
