CoARA Boost CF1 - OSCAR - UCY Actionable Policy-Related Strategy

This document was developed within the OSCAR CoARA Boost project, coordinated by the University of Rijeka (UNIRI) with the University of Cyprus (UCY) as a partner. It outlines UCY’s policy engagement activities, which are grounded in a structured understanding of the policymaking ecosystem in Cyprus. The strategy identifies key stakeholders based on two primary sources: (a) documented policy engagement and dissemination activities conducted under the OSCAR project, including the distribution of the OSCAR CoARA Action Plan Guide to seven policymakers across Europe; and (b) the participant list of the “Research and Innovation Networking Meet-up: Policymakers and Stakeholders Engagement,” held on 10 September 2025 at the University of Cyprus, which brought together representatives from government, regulatory bodies, industry organisations, and local authorities.
