CARDINALITY-COSMOLOGY DUALITY: A RIGOROUS MATHEMATICAL FRAMEWORK FOR ISOMORPHIC MAPPING BETWEEN INFINITE NUMBER SET HIERARCHIES AND UNIVERSAL TOPOLOGICAL STRUCTURES
This thesis establishes a novel theoretical framework demonstrating rigorous isomorphic correspondences between the hierarchical structure of infinite number sets and the topological architecture of the observable universe. We introduce the Cardinality-Cosmology Duality Principle, which posits that the nested infinities of mathematical number systems—specifically ℕ (natural numbers), ℤ (integers), ℚ (rational numbers), ℝ (real numbers), and ℂ (complex numbers)—exhibit structural homomorphisms with successive scales of cosmic organization, from quantum foam to multiverse configurations. Through rigorous mathematical derivation, we demonstrate that the cardinality transitions between countable and uncountable infinities correspond precisely to phase transitions in cosmological topology. The natural numbers ℕ map to discrete quantum states; integers ℤ encode bidirectional temporal symmetries; rationals ℚ model the dense yet countable fabric of spacetime; real numbers ℝ capture the continuum hypothesis manifest in cosmic inflation; and complex numbers ℂ represent the holographic principle underlying universe-scale information encoding. We derive novel field equations, termed Cardinality Field Equations, which unify set-theoretic operations with general relativistic curvature tensors. These equations predict observable cosmological phenomena, including quantized cosmic microwave background fluctuations and constraints on the dimensionality of brane-world scenarios. The framework offers testable predictions for gravitational wave signatures and proposes resolution mechanisms for foundational paradoxes including the hierarchy problem and the cosmological constant discrepancy. This work synthesizes advanced set theory, differential geometry, quantum field theory, and observational cosmology into a unified mathematical physics paradigm, opening unprecedented research directions at the intersection of pure mathematics and theoretical physics.
