The genome sequence of the Yellow Oak Tortrix, Aleimma loeflingiana (Linnaeus, 1758) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae)
<ns3:p> We present a genome assembly from an individual male <ns3:italic>Aleimma loeflingiana</ns3:italic> (Yellow Oak Button; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Tortricidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 462.55 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.63%) is scaffolded into 30 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 16.33 kilobases. This assembly was generated as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project, which produces reference genomes for eukaryotic species found in Britain and Ireland. </ns3:p>
