Growth and Yield of Sukmaraga Composite Corn Variety with Application of Dolomit Lime and Naturalplus Foliar Fertilizer
The objectives of this study were to determine: (1) the interaction of dolomite and Naturalplus foliar fertilizer on the growth and yield of composite corn; (2) to determine the effect of dolomite and Naturalplus foliar fertilizer on the growth and yield of composite corn; and (3) the concentration of dolomite and Naturalplus foliar fertilizer that can achieve optimal growth and yield for composite corn of the Sukmaraga variety. A factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) was used with two treatment factors and three replications. Data were analyzed using ANOVA followed by a 5% least significant difference (LSD) test. The results showed that the interaction between dolomite and Naturaplus foliar fertilizers was not significantly different for all observed variables. The dolomite lime treatment significantly differed for all observed variables except the timing of male and female flower emergence. The highest yield was obtained at a dose of 1.21 Mg ha−1, with a yield of 4.22 Mg ha−1. The Naturalplus foliar fertilizer treatment was not significantly different for all observed variables.
