Design of high anti-offset LCC-S wireless charging system for lunar surface service robots based on dual-coupled magnetically integrated coils with zero phase angle input
Aiming at the problems of traditional face-to-face magnetic coupling mechanisms in the wireless charging scenario of Lunar Surface Service Robots (LSSR), such as lunar dust pollution interference, material performance degradation under extreme day-night temperature differences (-180 ℃ ∼127 ℃ ), and on-orbit offset and coupling misalignment caused by uneven lunar terrain, this paper proposes a wireless charging system with dual-coupled magnetically integrated coils based on the Zero Phase Angle (ZPA) input condition. The system adopts a complementary-coupled compact transceiver ( T x / R x ) to construct a high anti-offset LCC-S compensated Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) system. The transmitting coil is designed as a DDQ coil adapted to the installation of the lunar base supply platform, and the receiving coil is integrated in the abdomen of the LSSR body (avoiding the lunar dust accumulation area) with a quadrupole coil structure. Experimental results show that under a lunar vacuum environment of 10 − 5 Pa and a temperature difference of −183 ℃ (lunar night) ∼127 ℃ (lunar day), when the horizontal offset between the primary and secondary sides of the system reaches 300 mm (adapting to the lunar operation position error), the charging efficiency is stably maintained above 89 %, and the output power fluctuation is controlled within 1.64 %. Under the optimized parameters of 5 turns for the primary coil and 14 turns for the secondary coil (adapting to the material characteristics of lunar temperature difference), the direct-alignment transmission efficiency of the magnetic coupling mechanism is as high as 93.6 %, which fully verifies the superiority of the proposed scheme in the lunar environment.
