The genome sequence of the Woodrush Moth, Glyphipterix fuscoviridella (Haworth, 1812) (Lepidoptera: Glyphipterigidae)
<ns3:p> We present a genome assembly from an individual male <ns3:italic>Glyphipterix fuscoviridella</ns3:italic> (Woodrush Moth; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Glyphipterigidae). The assembly contains two haplotypes with total lengths of 918.88 megabases and 918.02 megabases. Most of haplotype 1 (96.08%) is scaffolded into 31 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z sex chromosome. Haplotype 2 was assembled to scaffold level. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 16.12 kilobases. This assembly was generated as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project, which produces reference genomes for eukaryotic species found in Britain and Ireland. </ns3:p>
