Repolarization Abnormalities in Patients With Takotsubo Syndrome Versus Acute Anterior Myocardial Infarction
TTS is associated with increased QT dispersion, Tp-e, Tp-e dispersion, and Tp-e/QTc ratio when compared with anterior wall AMI and matched controls. These distinct repolarization abnormalities may be related to the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias.
