Safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of two regadenoson hyperaemic stress imaging injections in healthy Chinese subjects
The test drug demonstrated similar pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic characteristics as the reference drug. Additionally, it was well-tolerated and safe in healthy Chinese participants. Sex may influence regadenoson pharmacokinetics.
