Reinforcement Learning for Soliton Generation in Micro-Ring Resonators

We numerically demonstrate a reinforcement learning framework that autonomously adjusts detuning in microring resonators. By leveraging spectral feedback, our approach efficiently navigates the bistability curve, achieving stable soliton formation and pointing toward automated, model-free microcomb control.

Abstract

We numerically demonstrate a reinforcement learning framework that autonomously adjusts detuning in microring resonators. By leveraging spectral feedback, our approach efficiently navigates the bistability curve, achieving stable soliton formation and pointing toward automated, model-free microcomb control.
