The Invariant Geometry Principle of Mobility

This paper states the Invariant Geometry Principle of Mobility: mobility follows the geometry of the admissible state space, not optimization within a fixed domain. Under hazards and regime shifts, admissibility becomes non-invariant and the state space evolves; classical fixed state-space models are recovered as a limiting case. The paper isolates this principle as a geometric foundation for mobility across physical, human, and cognitive domains, including hazard-governed frameworks such as the Hazard Manifold

Abstract

This paper states the Invariant Geometry Principle of Mobility: mobility follows the geometry of the admissible state space, not optimization within a fixed domain. Under hazards and regime shifts, admissibility becomes non-invariant and the state space evolves; classical fixed state-space models are recovered as a limiting case. The paper isolates this principle as a geometric foundation for mobility across physical, human, and cognitive domains, including hazard-governed frameworks such as the Hazard Manifold
