Foundations of Quantum Aether Physics (QAP): Canonical Laws, Scope, and Research Program
This paper introduces Quantum Aether Physics (QAP) as a foundational ontological framework addressing questions that modern physics typically assumes rather than explains—namely the origin of physical law, coherence, and intelligibility. Rather than proposing a new cosmological model, QAP defines the prerequisite conditions under which any coherent physical system can exist, separating foundational constraints from operational dynamics. The work establishes a canonical tiered law structure and situates Terra Quantum Aether as an applied cosmological implementation of these principles. It further outlines emergent research domains and a long-term research program while maintaining strict separation between physical modeling and theological interpretation. This publication is intended to serve as a citation anchor and conceptual foundation for subsequent papers, books, and interdisciplinary exploration.
