The association between mean arterial pressure and memory decline in preeclampsia patients: a mediation analysis of serum amyloid-β 1-42 and phosphorylated tau 181
These findings highlight that the elevated blood pressure can lead to decreased memory function in PE patients through the mediating effect of serum Aβ1-42 and P-tau181 levels. Blood pressure monitoring and early detection of memory decline should be strictly and regularly carried out in PE patients.
