Nonlocal Invariant Organization of Galactic Dynamics: SPARC and MaNGA Evidence
This repository contains a set of theoretical and observational articles devoted to the analysis of galactic rotation curves based on SPARC and MaNGA data. The work identifies a reproducible nonlocal integral invariant organizing galactic dynamics across independent datasets. The proposed interpretation does not rely on the introduction of dark matter as a material component and is formulated at an effective, phenomenological level. The repository includes: a primary article presenting observational evidence, Addendum A discussing dark matter as an effective description, Addendum B outlining a minimal dynamical scheme of the time field. The results are intended as a basis for further formal development.
