Part III Effective Rotational Corrections in an Energetic Spacetime Framework
This publication presents Part III of a multi-part theoretical framework in which spacetime is treated as a real energetic medium referred to as Raw Energy. This part focuses on the effective generation of measurable physical quantities arising from rotational dynamics. The framework predicts systematic rotational residuals that may be observable through high-precision experiments such as atomic clocks, frame-dragging measurements, planetary rotational anomalies, and laser-based interferometric systems. The model extends, rather than replaces, established classical and relativistic physics and remains open to experimental refinement.
