The Scalar Temporal Field Ontology A Minimal Ontological Spine for Time, Causality, and Physical Order

This preprint presents the canonical ontological formulation of the Scalar Temporal Field Ontology (STFO). A minimal set of explicit axioms is stated, followed by a disciplined derivation of causal structure, geometry, dynamics, irreversibility, information flow, and physical ordering. This paper introduces no new applications, empirical claims, or paradox resolutions. It serves as the formal ontological spine of the STFO corpus, to which extended technical, empirical, and application-focused works refer.

Abstract

This preprint presents the canonical ontological formulation of the Scalar Temporal Field Ontology (STFO). A minimal set of explicit axioms is stated, followed by a disciplined derivation of causal structure, geometry, dynamics, irreversibility, information flow, and physical ordering. This paper introduces no new applications, empirical claims, or paradox resolutions. It serves as the formal ontological spine of the STFO corpus, to which extended technical, empirical, and application-focused works refer.
