A prospective study of 4 years' duration from 2019 to 2023 was done. The sample size was 17 patients who presented to tertiary care center with UVCP. Inclusion Criteria1. Patients with absent or reduced tone of vocal cord with or without reduced bulk of vocal cord.(When there is a lack of tone, there will be a bowing of the vocal cord.An anterior phonatory gap indicates a reduced bulk of the vocal cord.) 3. Phonatory gap at the level of vocal process.1.To analyze the effect of NSR on voice in UVCP. 2. To analyze the effect of NSR on individual laryngeal muscles.
