The Charta Theory: A Metalogical Solution to the Hard Problem of Consciousness
This paper provides the core solution to David Chalmers' Hard Problem of Consciousness, demonstrating that phenomenal experience is a metalogical necessity arising from self-referential operator-algebraic structures, not emergent from physical processes. Grounded in transcendental argumentation and structural isomorphism, it refutes emergence, proves the non-reducibility of consciousness, and derives mathematical barriers to computational qualia. This work is part 2 of the four-paper Charta Theory series.
