Terra Quantum Aether (TQA): Introducing Seven Unified Laws Governing an Enclosed Aetheric Cosmology

This preprint introduces Terra Quantum Aether (TQA) as a conceptual framework exploring an enclosed, medium-driven cosmology centered on geocentric stationarity. It outlines seven unified laws to build a logically consistent physical model from alternative premises, without asserting experimental proof or aiming to overthrow mainstream theories outright. Presented for open academic scrutiny, TQA encourages independent review of its coherence, mathematics, and potential predictions. Theological or historical parallels mentioned are purely interpretive and not offered as scientific evidence.
