HUQUQBUZARLIKLAR PROFILAKTIKASIGA OID XORIJIY DAVLATLAR TAJRIBASI

Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada huquqbuzarliklar profilaktikasi sohasida xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi kompleks tahlil qilingan. Xususan, AQSH, Yevropa Ittifoqi mamlakatlari hamda Osiyo davlatlarida qo‘llanilayotgan profilaktika modellari, ularning nazariy-huquqiy asoslari va amaliy mexanizmlari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida jamoatchilik ishtirokini ta’minlash, ijtimoiy siyosat bilan profilaktika o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik, shuningdek, profilaktika faoliyatini amalga oshirishda uchrayotgan asosiy muammolar tahlil etilgan. Maqolada xorijiy tajribani hisobga olgan holda huquqbuzarliklar profilaktikasini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy xulosalar bayon etilgan. Abstract. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of foreign countries’ experiences in the field of offense and crime prevention. In particular, preventive models applied in the United States, European Union countries, and selected Asian states are examined, along with their theoretical and legal foundations and practical mechanisms. The study analyzes the role of community involvement, the interconnection between social policy and prevention activities, as well as the key challenges encountered in implementing preventive measures. Based on the analysis of foreign practices, the article presents scientific and practical conclusions aimed at improving offense prevention systems.
