VLCC Treaty — Morphogenic Foundation of Time and Light (English version)
This is the English version of the original version published in French: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17946156 This treatise proposes a theoretical cosmology grounded in a central ontological hypothesis: time constitutes the primary substance of reality, rather than a mere parameter or a secondary dimension.Part I establishes this ontology of time by introducing the notion of temporal coherence, from which light, space, and cosmic phenomenality emerge. Light is interpreted not as a fundamental electromagnetic entity, but as a manifestation of the local temporal regime. Part II lays the mathematical foundation of the VLCC model (Variable Lagrangian of Cosmic Chronotropy). Time is formalized as a single field with internal structure, governed by fundamental morphogenetic laws. This field admits three functional regimes — t₁ (memory), t₂ (phenomenal present), and t₁′ (evolutionary tension) — which are not distinct fields but complementary structural modes of the same temporal substrate. This organization is described through a temporal tri-phase {τ, σ, Δt}, morphogenetic gradients, and an open framework equation, making the VLCC an extensible system of compatible laws. Part III constitutes the unifying core of the treatise. It develops the cosmological and astrophysical consequences of the morphogenetic framework and introduces the canonical Lagrangian V9, the formal culmination of the model. This Lagrangian synthesizes all fundamental VLCC laws and provides a coherent variational structure for describing admissible temporal regimes. Within this framework, gravity emerges as a phenomenal effect of the redistribution of the present, galactic halos appear as structures of stabilized time, and extreme regimes include Freeze Spheres, morphogenetic freezing states distinct from black holes. Part IV gathers the complete formal architecture of the model, detailed mathematical developments, simplified (“toy”) model, multi-instrument observational comparisons, and conceptual and speculative appendices. It ensures internal validation, observational confrontability, and the conceptual openness of the VLCC. The VLCC does not describe the evolution of the cosmos in time, but rather the structural conditions that allow the existence of a stable phenomenal present. It thus offers a unifying alternative to standard cosmologies, grounded in the chronotropy of time and open to observational testing.
